Agile Transformations: People + Culture over everything else
πππ¬ππ«πππ: Agile Transformation is an extremely complex journey. Despite the best strategic plans, a very high number of transformations fail. Inadequate attention to culture and the human side of change can be detrimental to transformation success. My analysis proves that many organizations place too much impetus on Processes and Tools. My hypothesis is that Agile transformations need to focus on βPeople and culture over everything else. This is the crux of my presentation!
As a certified βCoaching Agile Transitionsβ practitioner/instructor, and a highly experienced agile transformation coach, I will facilitate a rich learning experience using TBR techniques, motivational quotes, personal stories, simple ideas, and professional insights. I will start with a brief conversation on the what and why of transformation, followed by an in-depth analysis of data from the 14th State of Agile report highlighting cultural impact. I will then dive into understanding culture (Interactive), and make the case for effective Organizational Change management (OCM). I will then present 3 OCM models that can help. I will then highlight actions that can help a transformation succeed (Interactive), and close with a call to action.
πΎπππ ππππ ππππππ πππ πππππ? My engaging and interactive presentation will provide pragmatic guidance to navigate through typical challenges to improve the transformation journey.
