Very often we hear that teams are building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for their next release, but is the MVP a barebone or minimum featured product? Or are we inadvertently misunderstanding this concept? This session mainly aims to bring clarity around this commonly used but very often misunderstood concept. We will be looking at what an MVP is and is not, and how using MVPs the right way to help you make the critical decision of whether to pivot or to persevere.
