Pawan has been in the Software industry for more than 20 years and brings in his experience in software engineering, quality assurance, project management and operations management. He has led teams in startups to large multinational enterprises. Currently he is leading an American software company as Vice President and is responsible for Engineering, Project Management, Delivery, General Administration, PeopleOps and Finance.

He is a long time preacher and practitioner of Agile development models. He is accredited with certifications like CSM, CSPO, CSP and CAT. He is a licensed facilitator/trainer for Management 3.0 and an active participant and speaker in various South Asia level agile conferences.
