One Mental Question Team Members Yearn To Know

In this highly interactive session, Scrum’s affect on a team’s feelings, their mindset, and the one mental question team members yearn to know are presented. These findings are condensed from years of research and hours of interviews representing 273 teams and 70 years of agile experience.

Attendees will take away valuable insight into key psychological and mental development milestones that signify crucial progression along a team’s agile journey. In addition, the team transformation triangle, Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis model, and agility parity are explored. Last, attendees will equip themselves to leverage these milestones to accelerate an agile transformation, including the one burning question held by team members.

Given the team-based nature of software development and the social nature of agile, there is an undeniable need for executives, functional managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, product managers, and project managers to better understand how Scrum tends to affect feelings and mindset in teams.

Attendees should have some basic knowledge of Scrum, an inquiring mind, and a sense of humor. Attend this session and dive deep into the psychological effects of an agile transformation.
