Bishnu Subedi leads the engineering team in Cloudfactory Nepal which is building the platform that enables CloudFactory to achieve its mission of creating a million jobs in developing nations.
With the believe that people are the core engine of any success, he is passionate and evangelizes the engineering culture. Continuously working with the teams to seek improvement in culture, processes, technology solutions and development practices are some of the key motivators for him.
He is a strong believer and enthusiast of agile philosophy and an active community member of AgileNepal and some other tech communities in Nepal. He has recently developed quite a good interest in management 3.0 practices. OKR based process for setting goals and uniting teams is one of the techniques he is continuously learning and experimenting.
Bishnu is actively working in the tech industry since 2007 after completing computer science degree. He likes to read fiction and autobiographies, watch movies and sports channels, play futsal and spending time and solving rubik’s cube with his little daughter. 🙂
