Covid19 pandemic has broken through the cultural and technological barriers that prevented remote working in the past. Surveys conducted throughout the world show more and more people now prefer to work from home. It is perceived that the hybrid model of remote work is going to stay. This has brought a revolution in the way we work today and is the new normal.
It’s not just about technology, but also about the culture we build. While remote work does provide greater flexibility and more autonomy; however this comes with many unknown questions and challenges. In this session I will try to cover some details on sustainable remote office work culture.
